I found the staff very efficient and cute. The room was very clean. The facilities in the room were excellent. Free left luggage concierge allowed us an extra day of sightseeing. I was able to store my luggage without figuring out what to do with it.
The location is slightly out of the city center. The tram stop requires about a ten-minute uphill walk.

The breakfast offers plenty of choices, I noticed. I saw several lighting options in the room, as well as USB charging points. I also used the good WiFi signal which was very useful.

The location is just off Fountainbridge and near Lothian Road. It is a short walk to the trams and just seconds from a main bus route. I found easy walking to Princes Street and the castle.

The privilege room included a coffee machine. This was certainly convenient. bathrobes were in the room upon arrival. I appreciated that. the bathroom had good water temperature. the water pressure was nice, too.
the phone in the room did not work properly.

I found the room very clean. the breakfast offered a good selection of items. i also had a dinner. It was quite delicious. staff members were helpful .
The gym was a bit small. It could use some updating, in my opinion.

the hotel is located near haymarket station. multiple pubs and restaurants are also close. (that's a definite plus!) i appreciated that the staff gave me an umbrella when it rained.

the breakfast service was efficient (i especially liked the pastries). tesco was located conveniently across from the hotel.
the hotel parking was offsite and not available . i was in a room without a bath plug, and staff stated they had no spare ones to provide.

i stayed in a comfort double room. the staff was very friendly and cute. the location was great (very close to public transport).
the lighting in the room wasn't great. the tv was quite small. i also noticed the stairways had a humid and mouldy smell (it was a bit unpleasant).
